Hi all, I am still having the excess gas and I have been reading up on insulin resistance. Do any of you know anything about this? Is there a test that I can get from my doctor to confirm this? Thanks in advance!

yes tina, there is a test you can do to determine this. ask your gastro-intestinal doctor to do an insulin-intolorance test. Not usually covered on insurance because it is considered "exploratory". the test takes about 40 min and is painless. they monitor your blood-sugar levels and bowel spasms.
