Instructions for folded dollar roses?

I'm looking for instructions on how to make "roses" out of folded dollar bills. I've found a couple of sites where I can buy premade bouquets, but I'd rather do it myself and save the extra money (that I can make more roses out of!).

Anyone have instructions or know of any on-line instructions or kits?
