My family and I were at a Wellness Festival at our local community college on Sat. They have a 10K run and 1K family fun run. Our children, 6 and 8 run in the fun run every year.
They also have booths with loads of the latest inforamtion on health and fitness.
I couldn't help but notice a family walking a triplet stroller.( 2 girls, 1 boy). The mother was holding one of the babies and came over to talk because our babies were about the same age. Here I found out she ran in the 10K and came in 2nd place!!! She had the triplets 4 1/2 months ago! I just was amazed!!!! : )
If she can find time to workout than I better be able to !!
