Insoles, wow!

Ok, so I got some insoles for my shoes, because sometimes my arches can ache. Well, I had no idea I was so out of line that when I used them my outer thighes would ache, and my hips! it's a good sore ache, like you know the muscle is working hard. Amazing!
These aren't the cheap ones that you get in the store, I had to order them. But they are totally worth it.

Hi Kathy,

Would you mind sharing what kind you got and where you got them?

I have an inexpensive pair that I've found to be helpful with my pronantion, but I can tell they probably won't last too long.

I got some from a foot doctor about 11 years ago. I paid $450, which I thought was insane! But I have had no feet problems since, so they were well worth the money.

I actually ordered mine from walk fit. It was an infomercial, and thought, ok, I'll try it. I had been intending to order them for my dad that has gout (sp?), and ended up ordering some for myself and DH as well. For all 3 pairs I paid $69.99 I believe

I got a pair of Spenco Polysorb insoles to go inside my Nike Shox when I decided to try running again. I agree. . . . WOW!! The difference is amazing. They were around $25 and are available at Lady Footlocker and Sports Authority.

Kathy,

Thanks for your .02. I have seen the infomercial and considered ordering some myself. I might just have to do it now.

Again, Thanks!
