Inserting additional leg work?

I am doing the STS workout three times a week, alternately with running. Occasionally, due to work or other commitments, I miss a day. If I follow the STS workouts in order, this means I might go more than a week without a leg workout. In that circumstance, would it be OK to repeat a leg workout, inserting it between Chest, Shoulders, and Biceps and Back and Triceps? Thanks.
