Hi everyone
I know this has been asked before and I did search for it but there were too many threads to go through each and every one of them but does any body have the rotation for the insanity dvds? My friend is lending me her set tomorrow but with no rotation or nutrition guide she bought off of someone really cheap. Does anybody know what are the calorie reccomendtion is?

I can't easily copy what's in the the nutrition guide book for calorie calculation, but you can google the Harris Benedict equation. After you factor in your activity level, you reduce that number by 500 if you want to lose weight.

I have the p90x system and was wondering if insanity was anything like the nutrition from p90x. Like the shredding phase etc.
 
You're welcome. :) Re: the nutrition...I have P90X but only followed the WO rotation. Maybe someone else can answer that one for you.
