Hello all-

Brenda- I didn't think about a mirror on bronco jumps! I will have to try that. I'm afraid I'll e laughing at myself so hard I'll never get those down. (Good ab exercise to laugh, though!)

Dawn- Good job on MIC. Those plank punches look so easy but they don't feel that way.
DAWN- IGNORE MY NOTE TO REGINA BELOW!!!BUT THERE IS ALWAYS CHRISTMAS COMING SOON!

Regina- I think you will like the additional disks. I love to vary ab work and insane abs is good for that, whether you break it into parts or do it all at once. There is no way I could do P90X with Insanity. I have been trying to work in a few upper body and lower body weight w/os with insanity and I think I am overtaxing my body too. I think we are trying to be over-over-over achievers.

I did my 4th fit test today and got the following results FROM 3rd FIT TEST
SWITCH KICKS +1
POWER JACKS +2
POWER KNEES +5
POWER JUMPS +7
GLOBE JUMPS +1
SUICIDE JUMPS -1 (what's up with that????)
PUSH-UP JACKS +1
LOW PLANK OBLIQ +1

Really happy with the power jumps! Seems like the 2nd month really accelerated the cardio advancements for me

Back to work tomorrow!

Marianne: Awesome results on the fit test. 7 more power jumps!!!!! Isn't it amazing the way the plyo power comes on strong in month 2? I wouldn't worry so much about the suicide jumps, I'm sure your quads were quite toast after all the power jumps and globe jumps.

Monday 28.
Hi everyone, I thought join you guys, this is my last week of Insanity yay. not that excited a few days ago I was about to quick, but not any more.
I will dig this week, today was max interval plyo, i was thinking before I start this one hoom not to bad:confused:, I forgot how power jumps get me every time, but I was happy I did round 1 and 2 the 16 push ups on my toes and the 16 running I was closing my eyes pushing and I did it yay:p only round 3 had to go to my knees.
I was able to do the 12 push ups leg arm balance, the one I still have to work is the side push up I go in my side knees:confused:
Over all I'm proud of my self.
I hope everyone have a good work out day...
