Happy Friday Yall
I really thought I was going to have a hard time with MIC today because I did it this morning and I usually work out around 4 or 5pm. ANytime I change my workout time, seems like I struggle. But today was hard as usual but not any more than normal.
9 more days today. Out of town tomorrow and taking my day off so probably won't check in.

I did pure cardio and abs today. TOmorrow will be day 6 then a rest and then back to being insane on Monday. I am enjoying it so far, I take a rest if I need it and I am watching nutrition as in the past I don't think i took i enough calories.
 
today was day 5 for me

My calves have been tight all week; I will have to stretch them out on my own I guess. I did some S&H chest and back work after the recovery workout, and it didn't affect me at all the during the next day's workout. So next week I will maybe try one of the upper body weight workouts from 4DS on recovery/stretching day.

I know I'm not eating enough (not hungry, but don't feel tired) so I ordered a whey protein supplement to add to my post workout drink (Kefir- a yogurt drink). My diet has been pretty good the past 3 weeks, and I'm VERY surprised I'm not tempted to eat sugary stuff (I am a sugar addict..have been for years).

Very much looking forward to my rest day :)

Good Friday evening! It's been a very busy (tiring) couple of weeks for me, but I've persevered with my Insanity/STS rotation. I finished STS (round 2 for me) yesterday. Woohoo! I have 3 more Insanity workouts, then I can cross that off my list, too!! This last week has been an exercise in perseverance, that's for sure. I'm getting excited at the thought of pulling out some Cathe and Amy cardio next week!

Tomorrow I'm going to do the bonus Maximum Interval Sports Training workout (or whatever it's called) for the first time, as it's finally placed on a day when I have time to do the entire thing. I have no idea what to expect, although I'm sure I'll be dripping 10mins into the program (okay, 3mins in!).

It looks like a few new people have joined in the week or so I've been away from the forums. Hello!! How are you enjoying the program so far?
