I just got insanity, but haven't started it yet. Curious as to why you want to modify the insanity rotation? is it too much impact to do a whole week? or are you just wanting to add weights?
I am in my 4th week of the "recommended" insanity rotation but I added weights.
I used the weight work from Cathe's 4DS for 3 weeks with Insanity.![]()

I used Jari Love's Ripped & Chisel yesterday on my Insanity off day. I have to cut my workout week short(leaving for vacation) and wanted to get all my body parts worked one last time. I think I'm going to continue with full body weights on off Insanity days. I liked itI think it's a great combo.
