Good Morning Y’All!!
MR is done and I feel worked, but not quite sure if I enjoyed how I got here
Becky - The only tip I have to guarantee getting your workout done is to do it in the wee hours of the morning before anyone else wakes up I do mine at 4:30 and consistently stick to that schedule even on the weekends. I love that surge of energy in the morning to carry me through the day. I am also militant about keeping on schedule - with a full time job out of the house and 2 DDs to keep on track (oh yeah, and DH) I kind of have to especially during the school year with homework, piano, dance & gymnastics. I also only go to the grocery store once a week, constantly keep lists going and plan meals. Sorry so longwinded
Brenda - I do better in workouts once I’ve done them several times. Many people seem to get bored of repeating workouts too often in a rotation, but I find that each time my form gets better and better and I can really feel the workout
