On this day of remembrance I want to extend my gratitude to having all of you in my life. We have so much to be grateful for in our lives :)

MIC is done. This workout is all about power for me. I can feel how my core and form have improved and I feel so strong in every move. Great workout!! :D

Dawn ~ Which recovery drink do you use? :)

Becky ~ Sounds like a great cardio kettlebell class!! Congrats on going solo soon!! :D

Brenda ~ Glad to know I’m not alone in this home stretch fatigue. It’s strange, I feel fatigued, but yet super strong at the same time?? :confused:

Elena ~ Where do you get the Volumanize BSN? :)

Sandra ~ Thank you for your recovery drink suggestions. I actually do have a fruit smoothie with Shakeology later in the morning as I leave the house for work, may just need to bump it up and have it closer to that hour window after my workout. Have a great weekend - it sounds awesome and can’t wait to hear about it!! :D

Good Morning All,
Just coming in for a quick check in for now. Today was MIC. Ahhh! That "hurt so good" :) The first circuit seemed like the toughest and then I got into the groove. This was my second time and I added a 5 minute/.4 mile pre-warm up on the treadmill and it seemed to help. I got the form down on the side suicides this time. Last time I was trying to get my body in a straight line with my arms instead of further back behind. :confused:

Jennifer, I am using Recoverite by Hammer Nutrition. They sell a lot of endurance products for long races and such (that I have no need for), but I do like their Recoverite. I'll warn you if you order directly from them, you will get a lot of mailers from them (a few a week).

with max interval circuit, and all I can said is I'm doneeeee!! That was a killer workout, I did good, this is the second time I do this DVD and the one it was killing me was the plank punches (something like that) I and the whole body drill I can't even remember the name and so burn out!! But in the good way.
I'm glad is weekend!!
I workout after piking up my baby from school so I have time to do biceps and triceps from 4day split):confused:
I'm going to have my daughter cook for me today!!!:p
Or maybe left overs?

HI All,
Today I did another Shaun....I can't even remember the names of them but boy they are all tough!! My legs are killing me!! I really need to get an aerobic mat...Sounds like your all doing well with your workouts. I've lost a few pounds and I'm very happy about that, I just wish my darn hips would go away! The rest of my body is "great", I'm trying so had to channel Kim Kardashian! Why don't I think my hips look as good as hers!! UGH!
