Good Morning Y’All - I think it’s still morning!! :eek:

Decided to slow the pace down for the long weekend and sleep in :p MIST (Max Interval Sports Training) is done, which is in place of CCB. This was another newbie workout for me and I liked it. Each of these Insanity workouts have some cool factor to it that I really enjoy.

I’m off to hang with DDs - just wanted to get us started :D

Today I did GS CT Timesaver and then KPC LG Cardio Drills & leg premix (the longest premix). My legs feel it today and it was a good workout. Monday I start Month 2 and I am worried. I still need to finish previewing the workouts but hopefully I should be able to finish my previewing this weekend.

NO WORRIES.... you are ready for month 2, The workouts are a little bit longer with 1 more interval group or longer cardio endurance intervals, but our bodies need the new challenge. You will be amazed how much you will continue to improve.

Today was MIC and it continues to be the one workout in Month 2 that is pretty challenging for me. I made it through with just 2 extra breaks so that is an inoprovement. Now it is off to check some guests into one of my houses.... have a great holiday weekend

Well I am happy to report that today I was down another 1.5lbs!!! This is going really well. I love the Shaun Workouts and I think my body is really responding to the cardio shake up! I have a ton to do today so I wont get to my workout until later buy my plan is to do Butt and Gutts...I miss it! I noticed that someone said that they do Pre-Mixes...I have to say that I never do any of these...can someone tell me why they do them instead of the regular workout and what you like about them?

Wow Congrats Elena!
Regarding premixes on B&G sometimes I do those when I am short on time, otherwise I do the full workout.
Jennifer- you are inspiring me by finding something cool in every workout.
Did Pylo today and, like Jennifer said, took it at my own pace on the ski abs and in/outs. Seems like my upper body gives up on those before anything else.
Ready to start my recovery week--WHOO HOO!
