Hmmmm...this coffee is so good!

Today is suppose to be disc 3 but I have a feeling it will have to wait until tomorrow. I just don't have time for 2 things in the a.m. I would have to be starting my workout @ 6:30 to fit all of that in. But now that DS's party is over with, this week should be pretty calm actually. I was wondering last night what I was going to do all week? Its been steady now for a full month and now things are going back to normal:) I kinda like it. I guess Im gonna have to start that cleaning I mentioned! LOL

I haven't been very bad when it comes to eating or my workouts for that matter but I think this week I need to get back on track. There are to many sweets in this house and even though they haven't been bothering me to much, I think its time to get them outta here! I will probably send them to work with DH!:)

My running partner left for TX at 6 a.m. She was here yesterday to download some music from my Itunes and she seemed very nervous and fidgity. It was really weird. She didn't know where to put her hands. I have never seen her like that before. Imagine what the guy is like who is actually gonna win it! LOL He must be a bag of nervous. The race isn't until next Sunday so she is gonna have a looong week if she is feeling like this already!:eek: She will do good and I know that when its over she will say, "that wasn't to bad, I could do that again"!

Alright...I need to get my butt moving!!

Ahhhh...sundays at work are so quit. Especially when there is snow out there:)

My workout ended up being 4DSKB abs, CC#2 taking me 4 miles and then 4DSKB. My dvd started to skip on the last of it. Im not sure what was up with that. It was probably the computer it was in.

Hi ladies,

Well I finally got my room cleaned last night...Woo Hoo!!! Now that my dresser and nightstand are cleaned off, hopefully DH will get a clue and clean his too. Today I will be tackling the kitchen clutter. Time to throw out the xmas cards, go through all the mail, declutter and organize. It will look so nice when I'm done.

As far as working out, today will be disc 2-back and triceps and one of the new SC step routines. I'm leaning towards Athletic Step since I've done it once and want to get it down before tackling the other step routine. Since tomorrow will be my first day back in almost 2 weeks, I need to be there a bit early so my w/o tomorrow will have to be short, ala Insanity.

I was going through some work emails as not to be bombarded tomorrow and my boss has scheduled my review for tomorrow morning at 10am. Under the new regime, we have started having quarterly reviews so there shouldn't be any surprises. The last 3 years have not been kind to me as far as raises go. They have been in the 2% range in my department and we were told to expect the same this year.

Lori-You are right, most of the crap I was going through ended up in the trash anyway.:p Nice workout this morning. My household (except Jerod) has decided to clean up their diets which makes it nice for me. Is this the first marathon for your running partner? Races never really bothered me as I was a middle of the pack finisher.

I did Cardio Core Circuit this morning. AZZ KICKER!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually finished only a few minutes ago so when I say "this morning" I am using the phrase loosely. LOL I am posting this while I stuff my face with lunch and then I have to take a shower. Took down the Christmas decorations this morning finally. The new floor is down and it looks AWESOME! Especially with the new table! Going back and forth on wether or not to put laminate flooring down in a couple of rooms or just replace the carpet. We shall see. Either way SOMETHING is sorely needed....

Sorry for lack of personals lately. I know I'm slackin' but I'll get back into it soon!

Happy Sunday girls !

Well I am slow getting here but not slow in getting things done at least ! Workout was Disc #2 like Diana. May do MMA later since I'm a day behind schedule. I know we have a game to go to on Thurs and may drive to SJ to watch one on Tues - early game - so don't know how much I'll have to make up for in the coming week.

Got the old GWF out, software loaded on "my" computer in the living room since DH hoardes the faster one in the bedroom. ;) Raring to go here for a good start to the New Year. Want to get back into some sort of shape before the San Diego EB weekend.

Lori - sorry your GTG didn't pan out last night. Hopefully it wasn't something you were looking too forward to. Nice for you it is slow at work. I can't wait to get back to a more "normal" schedule. I know I am ready as I slept almost 8 hours last night and the night before. Haven't done that for months ! :eek: I will be right there with you decluttering . . . I hope this is my last weekend for work work so I can do my OWN THINGS ! :mad: Thanks for the well wishes for my dog - you are so right that it takes time. My DGS1 was feeling a bit better y'day - ran around a little - made him tired, but he ate a little and he was drinking water & juice. Think he may be on the mend.

Diana - so did you see my post y'day about booking a hotel room? You still in? Have you told DH yet? Way to go on the cleaning - I so love a clean house and now it is time to get moving again since I've had too much other stuff going on lately. I liked Athletic Step - have not attempted Step Moves yet which seems to be harder according to the posts. Good luck with your review tomorrow.

Wendy - nice you got your floor done - so it was laminate you put down? I want to put down hardwood in my family room. May have to wait until DH gets back to work full time though.:( Would be nice if we could do it when he isn't working so much but of course that means he isn't getting paid either.:confused: All in good time I guess.

Back to report disc 2 (back & triceps) is done. I had forgotten how much I liked the STS w/o's. I only did the one rotation and haven't used them since. I also did Athletic Step again....am getting better but it will take a couple more times for me to get it down. Once I have Athletic Step down then I will tackle Step Moves.

I still haven't tackled cleaning the kitchen, but when you simply throw everything away it goes pretty fast.:p Just finished eating and need to shower.

Wendy-I bet your floors looks beautiful. We have hardwood in our kitchen that desperately need to be refinished. But I want to take out the wall between my formal living room and kitchen and make it all hardwood. Someday maybe. CCC has some moves I couldn't quite do...gives me something to work towards.

Jacque-so your assistant is finally coming back to work. Hopefully she will appreciate all the work you did for her while she was gone! Yeah, thanks for reminding me about the hotel room. We probably should go ahead and make reservations. Definitely still in-I need to request a couple vacation days for the trip.
