I finally started back working out the third week of January. I work out anywhere from 5 to 6 days/week. I was doing 30 min. of cardio and alternating UB & LB each day. I've switched to using TLT & Cathe (only within the last week) but now I've gained 5 lbs and the scales keep creeping up. My eating is actually better than ever so I have no clue where this weight is coming from (plus my clothes are fitting fine---WHAT IS GOING ON??? And yes, I'm yelling. The increase in weight has me freaked out!). I'm drinking at least 2.5 liters of water a day, so hydration isn't an issue.
As a result of the weight, I've decided to start journaling. I have a granola recipe that I love but I have no clue what the calorie count is for it. Is there an online program that I can input the ingredients and figure out calories/serving?
