Hi. Kind of new to the site. I have a broken neck and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on how to stay in shape and not gain a lot of weight. I still have a good appetite and I am afraid I will gain a lot of weight. I am not allowed to lift over 5 to 10 lbs and can walk - no strenous activities. I just started doing Cathe's videos a few months ago and love them. Any advice would be great. thanks
