Did you look in the Forum?

Honeybunch, her post is in the General Discussion Forum. VF is a really busy forum, so you might have to keep hitting the button for next page, but you should be able to find it. She posted it yesterday and the title is "Important News About the Cathe Trip." I hope this helps.

PS -- VF Forum uses "frames." So all the thread titles are on a frame on the left side of the screen. Again, make sure you're reading the General Discussion forum.
 
HEY HB!!

How are you? Did you find the post over at VF? Sure wish you & I were going. Maybe one of these days we'll get lucky. How's the jogging coming along? I got 4 laps in AFTER doing Imax Wednesday. Am I nuts or what? Then to top it off, I did the 1st. 1/2 of SL&A's that night. Just couldn't help myself. I am getting back to my normal w/o rotuine and it feels soooo good. Good to "see" you around.

Does anyone still have that original list of names that Clare sent? I could have sworn I kept it, but I can't find it anywhere (sob!).

I'm trying to figure out how many more people would have to drop out for me to go join them? (ever-selfish, what can I say!)

Only got in 30 min. of walk/run...

....yesterday, but I reminded myself that since I'm running now, I'm being more time efficient, right? 30 minutes of run/walk must be the same as 45 minutes of all walking (I hope).

It sounds like the way you're working out, you can afford 2 pigout days per week!

Just glad you're feeling better healthwise, and that things are getting back to normal. You had a mess going there for awhile. You deserve to indulge yourself in piles of Cathe tapes!!!

Can't Find It

I have looked, looked and looked again -- and I can't find any post with that title in any of the forums at VF. I must be losin' it -- or the thread has been deleted.
