The premixes are step only, intervals only, intervals 1 - 5 and intervals 6 - 10. I was deciding which one to do today b/c I want to do a short cardio with abs tonight as a little "extra." The interval 1 - 5 and 6 - 10 start with the warm up and end with the cool down.
If I start at interval 6, won't I be missing the "build up" of the heart rate? It does include the warm up, but I know that in IMAX and IMAX2, the first few interval segments are a little "lighter" and build into the tougher ones. I think Cathe even calls one or two an "extended warm up," doesn't she?
Did anyone try these yet? Which one do you recommend? I don't have the time or energy for the whole thing (esp where I worked out this morning and personally, don't usually double up) but want to do a part.
