imax3 or low max?

Imax 3!

Imax 3 if you want intensity! KPC is also good, especially if you like to work your abs during cardio. Regardless, they are all good, but I find myself going back to Imax 3 often.
 
I LOVE RS and KPC - these are my two favorite Cathe workouts still. Both of these workouts put me in a great mood.
