Imax2 is an interval workout, which helps develop your cardio ability. These interval wordouts are especially great to break through plateau's. Cardio & Weights is a circuit workout. Circuit workouts mix cardio and weight training. There are many people on these boards who focus heavily on circuit workouts in their monthly rotations. Usually, when they are either limited for time or focusing on weight loss and want a lot of cardio in their rotation. I like Cardio & Weights, it's a moderate intensity workout that I use on lighter days. I also like to add the step portions to other workouts if I need some extra cardio. It's one I use frequently in my collection.
