Morning "1st Friday o' the month IMAXers" -- hope you had a great interval workout today. I hadn't done the original in so long that I was afraid I'd be rewinding too much. Soooo - I went for IMAX3 and then tacked on the blasts from LowMax -- followed up with Stretch Max with the band. Am on with my trainer later today for back and biceps.
