After three plus years, I DID IT!! Honestly, I didn't participate in 2.5 blasts like the jumping around the step with the tucks with richochet plus one other one. Most of the step routines I did though. Lots of room for improvement but after seeing it twice, I learned the pace of the workout. For me, the harder the blasts, the better I did.
Because I admit to avoiding this workout in the past, I think I will grab for it cause it's fun in it's own little painful no prisoners way.
To add spice to it, I might premix out just doing the blasts and then just doing the step combos.
