I know people have been requesting that for 2004 in the Ask Cathe forum and I would love to see that, too. I'd also like to see a 20-20-20 tape with Hi-Lo, Kickbox, and Step cardio and a BodyMax 2 with kickboxing instead of step. And another all-step workout!

For weight work, maybe a workout that focuses on the negative?

A negative weight workout would be great! As for Imax III - I'd love it! I like the kickbox Body Max idea too.

I'd like to see Imax III with either 10 hi/lo intervals, 10 kickbox intervals, or 5 hi/lo intervalsand 5 kickbox intervals, just for variety. Cathe could include blasts like squat thrust climbers, ice breakers, sequential power kicks, power scissors, etc. I'd also like a Cardio and Weights II, but with leg circuits instead of upper body circuits.

And my favorite would be a "Athletic Moves Max" which would incorporate hi/lo moves and the med ball, like speedskaters, ski hops, basketball jumps, high jogs, etc.

Then, like the Terminator, Cathe could make a compilation of these and have 15 or 20 min. of the step from Cardio and Weights II, 15 or 20 min. of kickbox, and 15 or 20 min. of hi/lo. I'd love it!
