IMAX 3

Ok, does anybody else here agree that this is by far the toughest IMAX yet!?? Good heavens, I was exhausted!! }( Seriously, I've done the workout twice now and although Cathe says the intervals get harder as it goes on, I was modifying on the FIRST one!!! :+ I had to modify on EVERY SINGLE INTERVAL!!! I couldn't do the jacks where you do "regular" jacks with the step between your feet. I had to stay with the slower version (if you know what I'm talking about where you land plyo-like) and geeez Louise... I won't even go into how well I did with the one where you jump the length of the step and turn with the ricochet in there!! :+ }( :+ Anything with a "tuck" jump is gonna wear me out mighty quick!! :) This workout is killer and gets my vote for the most difficult Cathe cardio yet!! Shorter recovery periods...Wooooeeee!!

When Cathe says "Jay's still smiling back there, what's up with that?!!" I gasp: "She must be even crazier than you Cathe!!" :p And I want to reply on the subject of whether I notice the hardcore difference with the shorter recoveries: "Well, I guess I was wrong when I thought it couldn't get any more hardcore than IMAX 1!!" :D :) Then again, I love having something to strive for even if I do feel a bit wimpy. :)
 
I totally agree. Imax 3 is the toughest of all her workouts. In fact, I did Imax 2 and 1 last week and I have to say they were very doable, which I never thought I would say. Awesome workout! I think it really improves the fitness level.

Dana ~ I know exactly what you are saying about this one!!! This work out kicks my butt!}( I think I'm finally getting the foot work down, but now I have to work on keeping up! I love the challenge! I know it's funny when Cathe looks back and says, "Jai's still smiling...". She looks like she just took a stroll through the park!! I'm still gasping for air! LOL!

Now you have me wondering about Imax. I don't have that one yet. I love Imax 2! I'm so glad that was my first step work out.
