I have owned both of these workouts for a couple of years now, and have been too "scared" to try them. Well, I did Imax 3 on Thursday and Body Max 2 on Friday - I am in love!!! I didn't even have to modify too much, only the really intensly high impact - jump tucks, exploding jumping jacks, etc. I couldn't get through all of Body max 2 - after doing both the step combos and the circuit - my body was so exhausted I wanted to throw up, so I thought I better not push it
Anyway, just wanted to share, I had no idea what my body was capable of - and I still have about 95 lbs to lose!
