Imax 1 funny

This morning during Imax 1, my 9 year old son came in. He watched the workout for a few minutes and I asked him if he could tell that this was an older workout. "No." He replied. Then I asked him if he thought the set or Cathe looked a little different to which he replied, "That's CATHE?!" As I laughed he said, "I didn't know you get an AFRO if you weren't born with it."


(side note- my son wants an afro! Sorry, kiddo!)

O. M. G. That is hilarious, Amy!:7 Cathe with an AFRO?!? The things kids say...:7 :+ There are some afro wigs at Party City. I know they usually come out during Halloween. Your boy will get a kick out of that.

Cathe's hairstyles certainly do change a lot from workout to workout. There are some people who have the same hairstyle throughout their lives, but Cathe even varies within series. I particularly like the variety in the Intensity Series (the cute little pigtails in IMAX2, the updo in ME...).

That is so funny because my son said something once about my IMAX 1 "where that lady has an afro"!

When I look at pictures of myself from that time I'm not so sure I should have been sporting the hair-do I had so I can't say much about Cathe's.

When my dh looks at her early videos, he says Cathe's hair looks like cotton candy, just like the elderly women sport today.

I really didn't like her hair in Power Hour as well. I love her pigtails in IMAX 2 and the styles in HC Series.

I have a confession. I would have loved having my hair styled like that at that time. I had a thing for shorter hair during the 90's.
