Hey...saw your pics today! You have REALLY nice balanced shape! You can tell you really are a fitness freak! You will fit right in at Curves!:) Definitly inspiring!

Do tell.....are you still doing P90X? You can see a good difference after Phase I, really. I would like to know more about your workout routine (how long, what workouts). You must eat well.

I would like to know more. You have one of the best physiques I have seen in a long time! Congrats on all your hard work, it shows!

Thank you so much! You choked me up! You are so sweet to say so.

I really enjoy working out. I am still following P90X but I am struggling because I miss Cathe. I have been working her in from time to time. However, I refuse to bail because I have seen some great results in the few weeks.

3 weeks ago, I could barely to 12 push-ups on my toes and I did 22 this morning. I can ALMOST do a pull-up with a chair assistance.

Right now, I am in the tail end of Phase 1 of P90X. I do my scheduled P90x workout, then usually run on the treadmill. I have only been running since the 2nd week of January when i bought my treadmill. Before that, all my cardio was Cathe. Cardio is 6 days a week (cardio addict...love a good sweat!)

For diet, I follow the "Zone" as of October and I love it! Made huge diffrences in my performance and progression (among a thousand other benifits). For more info, check out www.zoneperfect.com, a good, short, cheap read with menu ideas is "What to Eat in the Zone" by Dr. Barry Sear, new for $7.50 buy half.com or ebay would have it too.

HTH, ask me anything! I want to help (need some too:7 )

Thanks for the info, Sarah. Sorry if this was a double post. I just saw that someone else had asked you pretty much the same question!

You look really good and obviously the diet is working. Did you lose a good amount of weight when you started The Zone, or were you already pretty lean even before? My consistency in diet is horrible!

Are you following P90X as they recommend in the Fitness guide? With all that working out, you would be following more of the doubles plan...

I should make your pic my wallpaper to inspire me to kick some butt with HC! (Would that be freaky or what?):)

Actually, I started getting really serious about my fitness after I had my son. When I had him, I was 160 pounds (4 foot 11"...youch, my back!). With a reduced calorie diet cutting sweets and firm workouts had me leaned out by the time he was 6 months old. I needed more challenge so I graduated to Cathe. The next year, I played with my diet trying to figure out what worked best and the Zone was a perfect fit because I don't "crave" the bad stuff anymore and it is so much healthier and balanced than just cutting calories. Actually, what drove me straight into the Zone diet was I had cut my calories down to nothing but started gaining weight because all my calories came from "bad carbs". Things are much better now that I am in the Zone!:)

I am following the Classic Rotation with P90X with some exceptions. I add two Cathe workouts that include a lot of leg presses to keep up my lower body strength because the P90X lower body work is weak...at best. The other thing is I run on my treadmill after I do my P90X workout. The only time I don't is on a rest day or on a day I did my usual P90X workout AND my Cathe lower body.

I won't lie to ya, I go at it long and hard but for me it is really a hobby. Also, I am a full time mom with the time to get long workouts in. I don't need all the cardio, I do it for fun. I actually think I would have much better results if I didn't spend so much time on the treadmill.

Sarah:

You are such an inspiration! Reading your posts and looking at your pics have given me such inspiration to get moving. I've checked out the website for the Zone and I'm going to look into it a little more and see if it would work for me.

By the way, what is the Ima Challenge?
