I'm thinking about maybe getting a step upgrade. Need opinions.

Which step should I upgrade to should I decide to do so: the Super Step or the Club Step? Please list your reasons for your choice. I'm trying to make a really good decision here and I need all the help I can get! Also if you have another step suggestion, let's hear it. I've had the Bodyshaping step for years now and I think it's near time for a change. Doing all Cathe's videos is making me yearn to have the right equipment to do these workouts as effectively as possible.

Hi Sanchia!

If you are using the step for stepping, I would definitely go with the Club Step. This step works well for both stepping AND weight work. If you are going to use it for weight work ONLY, then, you could get the SuperStep. I have both and have found that the SuperStep is not real stable for stepping. You even have to be careful doing leg presses on it that you put your foot in just the right spot as it tips much easier. Same with doing tricep dips. It wobbles! I never had problems with the Club step doing this. I love the SuperStep for inclines and also lying flat for exercises such as flies, bench presses and so forth, but it was dollars spent that we really didn't need to spend since we had the Club Step. Thank you very much for your response! I had no idea that the SuperStep was at all unstable for stepping. I'm glad I asked for opinions.
