Im ready to order. Suggestions for leaning out Please!

Ok, Im ready to try a Cathe weighted workout. Im trying to lose & lean my body out. My lower body tends to bulk easily.
Any suggestions?

I was looking at Pyramid workouts, Cardio & Weights, or Bootcamp. But I am very open if someone has a better suggestion?

You've listed 4 videos out of the 6 in the Intensity Series, if you don't have the other 2 (IMAX2 and Muscle Endurance) I would suggest getting the series, shocking your metabolism and getting into that losing and leaning zone that is your goal. There is such great variety in this series, a fabulous mix of intensity and fun. }( & :7
If you don't want the whole series now, trust me, you will after you get a taste of the 4 you mentioned. IMHO you are on the right track with the videos you mentioned. They are all great workouts on their own but together will give you the variety and intensity to achieve your goals. Good Luck!!!:)

There are sooo many choices w/ Cathe.

What about CTX series? Opinions?

Hi Madison1! I think that for leaning out, the Intensity series has more variety and is a lot more "intense," hence the name. ;) I really enjoy the CTX series, but for leaning out, it wouldn't be my top recommendation. Others may feel differently, but for me, it is a better series for when you don' t have a lot of time to workout. Good luck in your decision! I don't envy you, she just has too many choices!! :D
