Dear Cathe,
I'm new to your w/o's, and have all your tapes and DVD's. I was hoping if you could give me some info on how to use them all to my best advantage. Here is some info on myself in case you decide to help.
I'm 53, need to lose at least 25 lbs, and have retired with my hubby, so time is not a factor for me. I'm a high end beginner/intermediate kind of person. My goal; accomplish being an advanced healthy, strong, and fit for my age group by the end of Summer, or beginning of Fall. I'm doing very well on my eating. I'm eating clean and taking in about 1150-1200 calories per day.
I'm using your w/o's blindly, and don't know what I'm doing. I'm also reading what other folks are doing, and getting lots of information. I think I just need a guide though.
