Hi everyone! I am new to the Cathe site. I am a long-time fitness freak -- I actually started out at Four Seasons in Glassboro ages ago! Now that I have three kids age 6 and under, my work-outs are restricted to home, hence the videos. Someday, I would love to go back to the gym, but for now Cathe videos are just like being there.
The Road Trip in New Jersey post caught my eye. Can anyone give me any more information? I clicked on the sign up tab, but it didn't really give a whole lot of information about what is involved.
