I know this sounds corney, but recently I decided to go all DVD. It was a great move. I was trying to collect Cathe's workouts slowly, but just couldn't wait...I decided to buy an economy pak, woooooooo hoooooooo, when the body blast ships...I will offically own them all!!!!!! woooo hooooo again

I hear you! I love DVD's! Having all of Cathe's DVD's is all the workouts you need to keep your regime varied and awesome! I am an all or nothing woman myself! Well, forget the nothing on that!
