Start with Cathes - I want to hear the reviews!!!
I have already figured out how I am going to combine Cathe's new four day split with Barrys Bootcamp -) I am sure going to be hurting though!
Here is what I am going to do:
Cathe's four day split in order.
Day 1-4 Cathe four day split
Day 5 Barry's Bootcamp Legs and Butt plus the cardio portion ( or for a rest I will just walk my dog longer if needed )
Day 6 Alternating between Barrys Total Body and P90X Core Synergistics every other week
Day 7 - HOT BATH and rest
