I am just curious about how long should I give my self to see results doing Cathe's weight video's in rotations...I just finished doing a three week rotation with power hour and am now doing pure strength. I'm giving myself till Jan. to look my goal "look" I'm in good shape and don't have a weight problem but have always had a hard time getting muscle, I don't really want to build ,just tone up. I'm doing the weight video two times a week, should I do more? And also I'm not been lifting long so I can't lift heavy, will that hurt my chances to tone up?
