I (try to) do tuck jumps!
I look like I'm having a seizure, and I have no tuck!

So what moves do you look like a spaz doing (or am I the biggest spaz here?)
 
LOL, I think an easier question for me to answer is, what moves do I NOT look like a spaz doing? And the answer to that is, on a good day, Basic Step on the Right.

My basic problem is that while doing Cathe videos I think I AM Cathe, and then catch my reflection in the TV screen or bathroom mirror, and reality comes crashing in... :D
 
Definately gotta say Airjacks. Spaz doesn't even begin to describe it. Come to think of it when I get really tired I look like a spaz doing pretty much anything LOL!!!

All of the above and the pendulum. Let's just say its not pretty, not pretty at all!

And now that I'm 36 weeks pregnant even the basic step would be painful for others to see.:p
 
I'm with Amy G - the number of moves I do like pure poetry in motion are approximately none.

However, the spazzometer goes off the charts for L-AquaJocque during the following:

1: Air jacks (am lucky if I get 18 inches between the feet on the flight phase);

2: Vertical jumps during C-Max - the first time I did these with those "circle-arm" flails I underestimated how high I could jump and whacked my hand on an overhead light fixture;

3: Squat-thrust climbers (more than once I've shot my foot out too far and belly-flopped);

4: Sequential power kicks in Boot Camp (these speak for themselves, especially by Kick #26).

I'm sure I have too many to list!!

But I'm with A-Jock on the squat thrust climbers. By the last few, I am just standing there saying, yeah, what they're doing!!! I can't do them as fast and I don't even want to see myself trying to do these. I'm sure it isn't very pretty.

My plie jacks are pretty pitiful also after the first 16 or so.
 
...I'm doing IMAX2 'genie hops', I don't get much height on most of them and can get pretty weebly by the end. I often substitute power 15's for genie hops as they feel very taxing on the knees some days.

...I'm coming to the end of a loooooong held full plank. Like Cathe says, I'm shaking like a chiahuahua:7 }(

...I'm on the last reps of pretty much any 'pulse 15' bonus burn with the band, I'm gritting my teeth, scrinching my face and sweating bullets to hold good form. Gosh they get hard at then end but I love the way my muscles feel after.

...I'm finished a good, hard, long workout. I may look like $h!t but d@amn I feel like a million bucks!!!!

LOL, I know what you mean! "Meeting" Cathe this spring has brought an entirely new definition for the word "bonus" in my life.
 
I have to say Kathryn the tuck jumps and the plie jacks especially when I get tired...definitely a spaz award in the works...x( ..Carole
 
Tonight when I attempted Imax 3 I had to stop because I was laughing so hard at my spazzarific self. I can't even get the ARMS right on the tuck jumps and plie jacks!! :+

Fun thread, Kathryn. Ihave to say hands down the Plie jacks after about 8 in a series. I flail my arms in hopes of gaining some height and some good heel clicks but to no avail. It's pathetic.

* 360s - I feel like I'm slinging myself all over the place.
* Tuck Jumps - It's only a tuck if I lean really far over and bring my chest down to my knees
* Fast Foot Repeaters - This just looks like I'm having a seizure
* Shuffle down the Board - Uh, pass
* Triples around the board - Tripping around the board, more like.

Oh there are others but I don't have time to type them and you won't have time to read all of them. :)

Oh Lunacat I forgot about triples around the board. For some reason I never get those right-wth?? x( And I can not remember which move it is but there's one (or maybe more LOL) where I end up on the wrong side of the step. I'm sure I could go on & on.

I KNOW I look like a spaz when I get turned around the wrong way and I race back to get in the right position as Cathe, the crew and the rest of you! The upshot of course is that it is a "race" so my heart rate stays elevated!

Kathryn..this is too funny because I was thinking the same thing of myself last week with the tuck jumps...TOO FUNNY!!! It feels like you're doing great and then you catch yourself in the mirror and it's hysterical. Hey, we may "look" like spazes but we're doing it...right? haha:)
 
What about the jumping jacks in Kick Max, where you have to go front, back, middle. I'm know I look like an idiot trying to keep up with Cathe.
