<--Runs in late -- AGAIN
<--Hopes <--doesn't get a demerit --hehe
<--Is kind of punchy today. Went to bed WAY too late.
<--Went to ballet last night, which is from 7:30-9 p.m. When <--got home, DH was sitting on sofa (by unfolded basket of clothes <--had strategically placed before <--left for ballet), and kiddos were running wild. At 9:25 p.m. Ugh.
<--After tucking in kiddos, straightening up house <--treated herself to <--'s favorite show Jon & Kate Plus 8 (on TLC) and a big bowl of berries -- at 11 p.m. mind you. So <--is TARRED today.
<--Has to do cleanmax today and tomorrow because <--'s mom and sis are coming over Thursday to have bake-a-palooza.
<--Wonders if <--'s mom will be able to function in <--'s tiny cottage kitchen.
<--Wants to share a quick story with yous all about the wonderfulness of Cathe. Will leave <--speak momentarily: So, I go to ballet class every Monday night, and I am the largest person in my class. Apparently, a size 8 is a cow for a ballerina. So, anyway, everyone had very low expectations of me. As did I. I haven't danced since I was 16. (danced from age 3-16, though). And the majority of these gals/guy are in their 30s and were semi-professional. So, they always have SO much trouble with relevés (sp?) -- which essentially are just calf raises in all of the ballet positions. I whiz through them every time. I'm starting to earn some respect, I think. Yey. Thanks, Cathe!!! Had I not been doing those raises with 12 pound weights on Cathe's DVDs, there's NO WAY I could keep up. So, now, I'm going to start the Wednesday "advanced" class in January. I feel like a kid again.
<--Apologizes for self-absorbity.
<--Just knows you guys can appreciate such accomplishments much more than my DH who just nods his head and calls <--a dork.
<--Sends everyone hugs. Big, squishy, Christmastime bearhugs -- and a gentle hug for Ms. Muffie
<--Tells Amelia to HAVE A PIECE OF CAKE. It's your DD's bday!!! But don't do like <-- did two weeks ago with kiddo's bday cake and eat substantial portiion of it. Ugh.
<--Tells Shelley that <--is so proud of Sophie for talking to the vice principal about her troubles. It takes a brave person to do that.
<--Thinks Shelley is a great mom.
<--Dreads the pre-teen years when kids can be so mean.
<--Sends Liann tall glass of water
<--Sends everyone with snow a self-addressed, stamped tub to fill up and return to <-- FULL of snowy goodness
<--Has always wanted to live where it snowed on a regular basis in the winter. (sigh)
<--Must go brew some coffee
<--BBL
<--Is sorry for opus post
<--Adores you all!
