I'm confused??

I thought the beginner and intermediate workout was going to be on a regular step and not the high step. This is what was posted about the workout originally:
The Step Company DVD's.....

DVD #1.....This BEGINNER and INTERMEDIATE DVD for use on regular step will feature....

30 minutes of all step aerobics(beginner level)
45 minute step and weight circuit (intermediate level)
20 minute upper body toning workout (beginner to intermediate)
20 minute lower body toning workout (beginner to intermediate)
10 minute ab routine (beginner to intermediate)


I thought it was just the advanced and circuit workouts that were going to be on the high step. Did I miss something?

I'm a bit confused too - so the pictures posted last night with Cathe and crew (wearing blue) are from DVD #2? For some reason I expected they were DVD #1.
 
Hi Storm!

DVD #1 is beginner to intermediate level and is all on the regular step. So you have a 30 minute beginner step, a 45 minute intermediate step and sculpt(referred to as Body Fusion), plus other toning workouts all on the same DVD.

DVD #2 is beginner to intermediate level circuit workout and all on the High Step. Plus a 10 minute workout on the stability ball.

DVD #3 is an advanced circuit workout and all on the High Step.
