I'm being driven insane...

My neighbour who lives behind me has some stupid little satellite dish. It was attached to his house, now he's attached it to a tree near our property line. I don't know what the heck is wrong with the thing, but it's making this constant high-pitched squealing noise and I'm going slowly insane.

If he doesn't get it fixed, I'll go fix it myself}(

I can't really get to the tree with a truck and rope, and it seems unfair to destroy a whole tree. I think the sledgehammer idea is winning.

Is there something you could erect in the path of the dish to the satelite?

Here in Vermont the angle to the satelite is low, building a tree house 6ft off the ground would block someones "dish".

Of course you could always put a pin through the coax cable, smear peanut butter on it, the squirrels will do it for you.
