I'm back to videos!

I used to videos, then joined a gym so I could take classes and the videos gathered dust.

Well my work schedule changed and they turn me lose at 1:30 now. Gym classes don't start until 4 and if I don't work out right after work I come up with 101 reasons not to!

So I'm back to doing videos.

I did Body Max for the first time in a long time and let me tell you it's better than any workout I got at the gym!!! I find the Cathe tapes really kick my butt and am wondering how I could have cast them aside!

Now I'm drooling over the DVD's I will probrably (meaning definitely) invest in the intensity series...

I'm going to check in here for rotation ideas too!
 
I know! I work out so much better with my videos - I just don't care if I'm dripping with sweat when I do them!!
You have to get the Intensity series - it's awesome!!
