I have had STS since it was first released. I first attempted a six month rotation and just could not finish it; I need too much variety and lost my motivation after making it halfway through Meso 2. It has sat in the boxes since.

Then I saw the STS Rotation that Cathe recently posted where you do Meso 1, 2 and 3, varying each week.

WELL...am I feeling it!!! I love having no idea what my workout will consist of tonight - keeps the dread factor out of the equation.

So, if anyone else is like me and didn't give STS the full shot, try this STS rotation.
 
I may just try that next time I feel like attempting STS (so far, I've done some of the ab workouts and the stretch, none of which I really liked, and two of the Meso 1 workouts before I wanted to move on to something else...guess I'm a tougher nut than you are, LOL!).
 
Can someone direct me to Cathe's rotation varying Meso 1, 2 and 3 week to week? Is this what is called an "undulating" rotation? I finished the 3 month rotation and loved it but would like to try something different this time. I have one such rotation that another forum member posted but didn't know that Cathe had posted one also.
