I'm a little bit afraid...

I just got BC & ME last week (along with a bunch of other good ones). I've done ME on FitTV in the past & it was quite a workout even though it was abridged. But what frightens me is BC...I just previewed it yesterday and it's on my plan for the week. I'm oddly comforted when Cathe breaks a mild sweat, but she's dripping in BC! I'm not sure that I'm fit enough to handle it. I'll just do what I can I guess. No one's ever died of Cathe...right?!! ;)

Well, there have been some people who stopped posting, and we don't always know what's happened to them.}(

I really like Bootcamp, especially the "all but core" mix followed by the "core only" mix (because I don't like getting up and down off the floor so much during the workout...it also makes the workout a bit more intense, as each type of activity--upper body, lower body, plyo, abs--has less of a break between segments of the same type).
 
Don't be afraid. When I first got it, I thought I would never be able to do it. But, keep trying and don't give up. You will conquer the terminators!!

Thanks for the encouragement...and I think I'll take your advice, Kathryn about the premixes. I can hardly wait! Now hopefully I won't "stop posting". Ha! :7
 
I felt the same way about BC at first. Give it a try. It's really not as bad as it looks!
