I just got BC & ME last week (along with a bunch of other good ones). I've done ME on FitTV in the past & it was quite a workout even though it was abridged. But what frightens me is BC...I just previewed it yesterday and it's on my plan for the week. I'm oddly comforted when Cathe breaks a mild sweat, but she's dripping in BC! I'm not sure that I'm fit enough to handle it. I'll just do what I can I guess. No one's ever died of Cathe...right?!!
