If you're creative I need your help

As some of you know I agreed to coach a junior drill team (pom-pom) of 50 girls in grades 1-8. We learn pom routines to 2 or 3 different songs and perform at local parades and sporting events. This is my first year as head coach.

In the past the head coach gave each girl a momento of her season. She cut satin ribbons about 12" long and 2.5" wide and sewed a hanging wooden dowel into the top of each ribbon. Then for every parade or event the girl attended, she made and gave out buttons or badges with a logo for that specific parade or event. The girls pinned each badge onto the ribbon and could hang them from a bulletin board, mirror, etc. Such a cute idea.

I'm looking for ideas of something equally as cute and simple, but my creative juice are just not flowing lately. I'd appreciate any thoughts any of you may have. TIA

Scrapbooking is big right now maybe a picture of the whole team made into a scrapbook page from you. Maybe you could have someone come to the games and try to get a picture of each gal throughout the year choose a couple and maybe one of you and her or just the team picture surrounded by a few and maybe one during practice.

Good luck

Thanks guys! They do get team t-shirts and trophies, and we do about 15 on-going scrapbooks during the course of the season and display them all at the end of our season in October. And we also have a team photo day where they get the keychain fobs. Ugh. DH suggested something like a charm bracelet where they get a new charm for each parade or event, so that it'd be cumulative. Some good ideas - thanks!
