I need some advice ladies,

I am going to preorder the new advanced series, and am trying to decide if I should pick up any new tapes/DVDs are just wait.

Here's what I've got (I'm going to list DVDs first, VHS second, and put astericks by my favorites so you know what I favor):

On DVD:
* Hardcore Extreme
* IMAX 3
* CoreMax
Highstep Challenge (Love it, but not enough tough cardio for me)
IMAX2/Cardio & Weights (they seem a little easy now)
Step Blast/Step, Jump and Pump

On VHS:

* Kick, Puch, and Crucnh
* Upper Body Pyramid
* Circuit Max
* Bootcamp (I have a love/hate with this one)
Body Max
Maximum Intensity Cardio
The Slow and Heavy Series (just got this, and haven't done it
yet,will start it after I finish the
August Bootcamp Rotation next week)
The Cross Train Series (Don't use ti much except for Leaner Legs)
* The Terminator

Okay, I think that's all I've got! Any suggestions on what I need or should get?? Other than the above workouts, I run a lot.......

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for any advice you might have!!!!

Melissa

I would definitely get Muscle Endurance and the Gym style dvd's. I think Muscle Endurance is on the best endurance workouts out there.

Oh, and Muscle Max is awesome too for endurance and strength gains.

I would go for the KPC/Legs and Glutes DVD. L&G is a must have and there are so many premixes to choose from. I'd also think about the Rhythmic Step/MIC/IMAX 1 DVD, it too is an absolute must have.

Let us know what you decide.

Thanks Ladies,

Thank you so much for your advice.

How would you rank the following if you were my (b/c I don't think I can get them all)::

Gym Style Legs
Gym Style Chest, etc
Gym Style Back, etc
Musclemax
KPC/Legs and Glutes (keeping in mind I have KPC on tape already)

I didn't put ME on the list b/c, believe it or not, my local library has it--I have it in the house right now to do this week (I am finishing up the Bootcamp Rotation--hooray!!) Also, which of the leg workouts that you all have recommended would be best for thinning and toning the legs (with all the running I do, I do not want to build any more muscle in them or they will get too bulky)

THANKS A TON!!

Melissa

I see you love Imax 3 so I say Low Max. What a great workout. It really targets the legs IMO. Also I would suggest the Pyramids, what a great strength workout. I remember when I first did this almost 3 years ago I really got DOMS big times and I still do but not as much, but I guess I am use to it. I think what ever advanced Cathe workout you get, you will be happy:). HTH

edit to say I see you already have the Upper body Pyramids but why not get this on DVD because you do get the lower body Pyramids and also the premixes are great:)

Here's how I would rank them:

1.Musclemax-a great total body workout
2.KPC/Legs and Glutes-many premixes(at least 10)and a very high fun factor
3.Gym Style Chest, etc-KILLER Chest workout
4.Gym Style Back, etc-also a great workout
5.Gym Style Legs (sorry but it's been a while since I've done it)

Actually, getting all of these would definitely help round out your collection;)
