I just read the BFFM yesterday and today. It makes a lot of sense and I am thrilled that you ladies recommended it! Now, tell me some results!
Apparently I have to up my calories to be at the level that he recommends. How the heck can I do that? I try to eat all clean foods, but then I am short. I get up at 8 and feed my 3 month old daughter and that takes about an hour. So that's 9. I then put my daughter down at start my workout around 9:30ish, on an empty belly like Tom recommends. I then get to eat something aroung 10:30-11. I assume that is why I have a hard time getting all my calories in. Some of you will tell me to get up earlier, well, I am a co-sleeping parent and when I get out of bed, so does my daughter. She sleeps in the fold of my arm, so she knows when I get up. What should I do?
