This workout is seriously awesome and perfect for HoCo and intensity junkies! Lots of body weight and plank type exercises intermixed with challenging cardio. Highly recommend!
The only negative with this workout for me is the lack of warm up. To get around this, I usually will do Cathe's Crossfire premix warm up ('cause she has the best warm ups in the biz) + firewalker tabata (just cause I lurve it), then put Paul in and keep going. Just wanted to share with all my kindred spirit Cathletes out there!
