Wow! I hadn't heard or thought about Gin Miller in ages! I guess since I was teaching aerobics way back when! Yes, I was an instructor back when Step first came out! I actually met her and took some master classes with her! OMG, what a blast from the past!
These workouts look very interesting too! Looked like they are available for iPhone and PC. Wonder if they'll play on my Mac too?

Thanks for the info. I like Gin, I had the opportunity to train with her in Columbia a few years back. She looks awesome. Still can't believe Gin is in her 50's.
