Pure Strength is awesome. But you can get 3 workouts on the Power Hour DVD: PowerHour and MIS both weight workouts only plus Bodymax which has some cardio, some leg circuits and a 30 min upper body weight workout plus abs on all 3! If you want some real strength...Slow & Heavy is also a good one......Carole
i am going to be "different" here LOL and say the CTX series. 7 workouts on the dvds and the ability to mix it up can be a help. i already of have the PH/MIS/Body Max dvd so i can't say that LOL. and when i ever get the CTX series then the choice will be Cardio Kicks/Circuit Max
