Ideas for something new.

Hey, everyone:

I teach step class three times a week and do Cathe step and weights on other days. I am looking for something different than step to save my knees one or two days a week.

Any ideas?

Turbo Jam? Kickboxing?

Maybe a bosu or rebounder type of workout. I don't know of any good DVD's with these types of workouts though. I have gone to the "suggestions for future workouts" forum and have pleaded with Cathe to consider doing these type of workouts(especially rebounder) in the future. Maybe you could join me and a few others and beg Cathe to do this for us??
