Ideas for July's Challenge

**GROAN!!** Yes, I know it's only June 7 but we are doing SO WELL with the June Challenge and I think a few of us are looking ahead to see what we can conquer next month!!

Let's see, I heard don't choose salt, don't choose caffeine....

DebbieH came up with drinking 64 ounces of water/day.

Any other ideas??

Maybe it could be a fitness challenge next month, instead of a nutrition one. We could alternate months. I haven't thought any further than that, but maybe someone else has some ideas.

That's a good idea - it could an individual goal. Like for the person who doesn't do toe push-ups, by the end of the month, they're doing 10 toe push-ups. Or go through BC all the way through without stopping (including those STUPID terminators...ugh!)

Water, Water, water, water, water, water, and your own personal fitness goal. That would be awesome.

Can you guess what I want this next challenge to be?

I'm all for H2O! Adding more water won't lead to the crushing sense of deprivation caused by the "No Sweets" challenge. Just kidding!

Water would be a great one, and if we add in a personal fitness challenge, mine would be to do pikes on the ball without serious injury.

My personal fitness goal is to do more ab work and tighten up the skin there. My stomach doesn't look bad but it is mushy. It jiggles when to rub it. so I think the water and abs would be a good combination for me.

Could anyone tell me if ab work is the only way to tighten the skin. I figured if I built up my abs it would tighten the skin. Am I right?

This sounds great. I drink 64 oz. plus of water every day anyway but I have literally dozens of fitness goals. Lunacat, I actually have to master the knee rolling on the ball from session #2 of CoreMax, I haven't even tried the pikes, they do look scary. I would like to get through some of Cathe's more extreme workouts and do each exercise the same amount of times Cathe does them, yikes!!! plie jacks..... this might take more than a month!!!

Jane!

Go ahead and start NOW on your plie jacks! You'll have a 23 day start! GOOD LUCK!

RE: Jane!

LOL.... and I'll need every day... one thing I have accepted though.... no levitation holds for me (coremax #1). I have come to the conclusion that this body don't leviate.....:9

RE: Jane!

My goal is to get a decent stability ball that is large enough and won't constantly deflate so I can start TRYING pikes and to FINALLY get a barbell weight set. x(

RE: Jane!

I'm with you on the NOOOO levitation. My butt will NOT budge off the floor. I STILL say it's because Cathe's (& THE WHOLE CREW) arms are longer then mine. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Angie!

Please check into the Troy Lite. I had two sets before (BodyPump) and the Troy is my fav. Just the perfect fit/size. I also have an olympic size bar and it is just too heavy on it's own and too long.
