Idea for you Cathe.

Hi Cathe - I know you are extremely busy, but I had an idea that you might want to consider in the future.

I think it would be great to put a rotation to a DVD. A person could put it in and there would be 30 days of individual workouts to go along with the rotation they bought. Soooo, say I put it in on the first of the month for a Weight Loss Rotation and did the first workout the second day for the next workout, etc. That way there would be no switching of VHS or DVDs the whole workout for that particular day is already set in the workout DVD.

You could do ALL of your different monthly rotations on DVD so people could buy a weight loss one or muscle endurance or upper body conditioning, etc.

Does this make sense? It just seems like a good idea when people are searching for a certain rotation and then realize they don't have all the videos so they have to change things up, this way everything is included in the DVD and they can do it whenever they want.

Anyway........just a brainstorm I came up with (and somebody probably already has, who knows???)

Happy Holidays!
Marcia

That is a great brainstorm Marcia! Wonder if there is a certain amount of material a DVD can hold?? I have all of Cathe's workouts but it sure would be a nice way for those that don't to be able to join in on a rotation set the way Cathe recommended. Happy Holidays to you too!

I think this is a brilliant idea! It's a no-brainer for those of us who have difficulty deciding what to do. You could even do a beginner rotation that gradually increased in difficulty as the month progressed; or a time-crunch rotation that included the CTX series, but also shorter premixes from some of the other series; or...... There's just so many possibilities, and one a month would be a great selling idea.

"Best Rotations DVD or DVDs" ;) It's a good idea not only for the ones that don't have all the workouts, but for those that have a non-programmable DVD player and hate having to stop to change dvds and choose the sections.

I thnk it's an excellent idea. I have a programmable player but I rarely use it because I hate to fiddle with it. That is one of the reasons I love the premixes so much.
